Background, Values, Mission
With experience spanning 30 years in the life sciences, Angeline Pacy, MSc (Dip) has a passion for excellence in health advising, advanced medical communications, and research. As UNIMED Clinical Research & Advisory (UCRA) CEO and Director of Healthcare, Scientific & Communications Operations, she offers her expertise within medical communications services, including development of healthcare provider and patient education materials, training, presentations, public speaking, and compliance, as well as one-on-one and group health and wellness programs that boost product safety and patient outcomes. She is available for consulting and industry partnerships.

Angeline provides her expertise for research programs in areas such as clinical and regulatory medical writing (eCTD), medical publications, non-clinical and compliance writing, editing, and document/regulatory submission quality control reviews. Her research services also include patient chart, systematic, and literature reviews. In addition, her surfactant products were declared novel by OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Research experience across functional areas includes gene therapy across a variety of genetic and acquired diseases, psychiatry, diagnostics, and oncology.


















Medical communication (e.g., publications) experience areas include anti-aging and regenerative medicine, as well as neuropsychology, neurology, pain management, inflammation, dermatology, metabolism, rheumatology, and more. Angeline is also a certified health advisor in key lifestyle medicine areas, including the latest tools and research in sleep management; gut restoration; applied behavior change; toxicology; detoxification; and applied behavior change training skills with wellness and nutrition. She also has over 40,000 direct care and coaching contact hours. In her free time, she researches exciting medical anthropological concepts and integrates the insights into health promotion materials and campaigns.

UCRA Leadership
Angeline supports various charitable health organizations and initiatives, formerly serving as an ILADS scientific conference volunteer and a volunteer congressional delegate, artist, speaker, writer, and vocalist for organizations like the ALS Association. As a public speaker and former Toastmasters International Distinguished Club President at MIT, she is a certified competent communicator trained in communications, adjudication, mentoring, and leadership, including leading, hosting, and taking part in club- and district-level leadership meetings.

Angeline’s lifelong commitment to teachability inspires the delivery of quality services. She has a graduate diploma in applied Behavior Change (health science concentrations), and graduate-level training in immunology, histology, and various clinical research areas. She currently studies doctorate-level research techniques within a graduate diploma program in Advanced Research Techniques while also pursuing a diploma in Mental Health & Stress Management.

In addition, she has a 4.0 GPA in coursework completed through a regionally accredited Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences program, where she continues to expand her healthcare foundation in preparation for professional studies. Prior to this, she studied biopsychosocial models and the ways in which biological, psychological, and social systems overlap, including medical applications of Systems Theory and Hans Selye’s Stress Theory. She also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in French from a top-ranked North American community college (Tulsa Community College).
